How we protect your cafe's data, every single day.
Data Isolation
Every cafe account is fully isolated at the database level using Supabase Row Level Security (RLS). Your data is never mixed with others.
Encryption
All sensitive data, including third-party API tokens, are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
Access Control
We follow the principle of least privilege. Internal access to production data is strictly logged and limited to essential maintenance.
Backups
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Your inventory history is safe from accidental deletion.

We aim to respond to all reports within 24 hours and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
