Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the previo.com.au website and the Previo application (the "Service") operated by Previo ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Previo is a smart inventory and supplier management platform designed for independent cafes. The Service provides tools for tracking stock levels, managing supplier relationships, synchronising sales data from third-party POS systems (e.g., Square), and providing AI-driven inventory suggestions.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited functionality (e.g., item count and supplier limits). We reserve the right to modify the features of the free tier at any time.
Paid Tier
Paid subscriptions provide full access to all features. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service allows you to connect with third-party providers including Square, Uber Eats, and Google (Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Google API Disclosure
Previo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google (Gmail) data exclusively to provide features that allow you to sync supplier replies and manage procurement emails. We do not use Google data for advertising, nor do we sell this data to third parties. Your access tokens are encrypted and stored securely.
5. User Content and Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Previo and its licensors.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Previo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect.
