Public holidays and long weekends are some of the busiest days on a cafe calendar, and also the easiest to get wrong. Your normal Saturday order will not be enough for Easter Saturday. When a holiday or long weekend is close, Previo increases your suggested stock levels to match the extra foot traffic those days usually bring.
You see the adjusted number before you order
The suggestion on your dashboard already includes the bump. You do not need to remember which weekend is coming up or do the maths yourself.
Easter Saturday might bring 30 percent more customers than a normal Saturday. Previo factors that in automatically, so your order for that day is already sized for the extra rush instead of your usual weekend number.
You still get the final say on every order, Previo just makes sure the starting number already accounts for the calendar, so you are not caught short on the busiest days of the year.
